CLIENT PROPERTIES - REMOVE PROCESS

கீழ்காணும் Remove process SCRB உத்தரவு அளித்தால் மட்டுமே செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்

Step:1:-

sym25d19_ex – ஐ copy செய்து அதை Desktopல் paste செய்யவும். Konsole – ஐ Openசெய்து அதில் பின்வரும் Command-களை  வரிசையாக டைப் செய்யவும்.

sudo –i

cd / root/symmetric/client

rm .ncrb_client.properties

cd /home/ciprus/Desktop

chmod 777 sym25d19_ex

./sym25d19

init 6

Step:1:-

அவ்வாறு System  Restart ஆனவுடன் புதிதாக Konsole - ஐ Open செய்து பின் வரும் Command-களை  வரிசையாக டைப் செய்யவும்.

sudo –i <press enter key>

cd  /home/ciprus/Desktop/Bridge <press enter key>

sh installbridge <press enter key> 

Enter செய்தவுடன் Bridge has been successfully installed – என்று வரும்வரை காத்திருக்கவும். 

Step:2

புதிதாக Konsole - ஐ Open செய்து பின் வரும் Command-களை  வரிசையாக டைப் செய்யவும்.

sudo –i <press enter key>

cd  /home/ciprus/Desktop/Bridge <press enter key>

sh startbridge <press enter key> 

இப்போது Screen தோன்றுவதை Screent shot எடுத்து SCRB Replication Whatsup Group ல் post செய்து Flag Enable Request கேட்கவும்.

Step:3

Flag Enable SCRB யால் confirmation செய்யும் வரை காத்திருக்கவும்.

SI Mobile App- வழியாக SCENE OF CRIME DETAILS தற்சமயம் விபத்து வழக்குகளில் பயன்படுத்தும் முறை

Step: 1 

           Mobile App ல் Scene of Crime Details எனும் Options னை Click செய்யவும்.

Step: 2 
           Mobile Install செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள SI & SSI அவர்கள் Investigation Officer ஆக உள்ள வழக்கின் Cr.No னை Enter செய்திடவும்.

Step:-3           

Lat / Long Button னை Click செய்யவும். 

Step: 4 
             Lat/Long Click செய்த பிறகு FIR No, Complainant's Name, Section of Law, Date of Registration, Latitude, Longitude Display ஆகும் அதன் பிறகு அதனை Save & Freeze செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

Step: 5 
             Save & Freeze செய்த பிறகு Take Photo Option Enable ஆகும். சம்பவ இடத்தினை Photo எடுத்த பிறகு Save & Freeze செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

Step: 6 
             Photo Save & Freeze செய்த பிறகு உங்களது CCTNS Portal லில் Know Any FIR ல் Automatic upload ஆகி இருக்கும். அதனை Check செய்யவும்.

உங்கள் காவல் நிலையங்களில் CCTNS Computer தவிர Station ல் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் Windows Computer ல் Sakal Bharathi Font னை Install செய்து பயன்படுத்த முடியும்.

Important Note:

Windows 10 ல் SAKAL BHARATHI Install செய்வதற்கு முன்பு 3 step கள் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டிய மிக அவசியம்.

Step:1:- Run ல் சென்று key என்று Enter செய்யும் போது Edit Language and keyboard options ல் செல்ல வேண்டும்

Step:2:- English (United State) மட்டும் இருத்தல் அவசியம். வேறு எதுவும் Keyboard இருந்தால் Remove செய்ய வேண்டும்

Step:3:- Keyboard US QWERTY ஒன்று மட்டும் இருத்தல் அவசியம். வேறு எதுவும் Keyboard இருந்தால் Remove செய்ய வேண்டும்

CASE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER IO/ POLICE STATION THROUGH COURT/AGENCY

• Investigation - ல் CASE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER IO/ POLICE STATION THROUGH COURT/AGENCY Progress select செய்யும் போது No further investigation is possible by current IO for this investigation என்ற alert message வரும். மேலும் previous progress, dairy அனைத்தும் freeze ஆகி விடும். 

 

• எனவே CASE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER IO/ POLICE STATION THROUGH COURT/AGENCY Progress select செய்யும் முன்பு current IO விற்கான அனைத்து progress மற்றும் dairy யினை சரிபார்த்து நீங்களே freeze செய்து Printout எடுத்து கொள்ளவும்.  

 

• அதன் பின்பு CASE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER IO/ POLICE STATION THROUGH COURT/AGENCY Progress னை கவனமாக select செய்ய வேண்டும்.

CIPRUS Application - Open issue

உங்களது CIPRUS Application open ஆகவில்லையா? முதலில் உங்களது CCTNS-BSNL- Modem னை கவனிக்கவும். 

முதல் மூன்று light (Power, DSL, Internet)களும் Green color ல் எரிகின்றதா என்பதை கவனிக்கவும். 

இதில் DSL light எரிவதில் எதேனும் Problem எனில் Internet Light எரிவதிலும் Problem இருக்கும்.

அல்லது DSL நன்றாக (Green color light) எரிந்தும் Internet light சில சமயங்களில் Problem ல் இருக்கும்.

இது குறித்து உடனே Helpdesk ல் call log செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

Internet Light நன்றாக Green color ல் இருந்தால் மட்டுமே நமக்கு Portal, mail  CIPRUS Application open ஆகும் 

உங்களது CCTNS-VPN Internet light failure சமயத்தில் உங்களுடைய Application open ஆவதிலும் பிரச்சினை ஏற்பட கூடும். 

அந்த சமயத்தில் உங்களது Server னை Shutdown செய்துவிட்டு உங்கள் BSNL Modem னை  off செய்ய வேண்டும் (Modem switch RU rack னுள் இருப்பதால் off செய்ய முடியாது எனவே Adapter power cable னை கழட்டி விடவும்)

Adapter cable னை disconnect செய்த பிறகு உங்களது Server system னை on செய்து Application னை click செய்யும் போது Application open ஆகும்.

OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALLATION

Go 2 Home

1. Unplug LAN cable

2. Insert the Ciprus OS DVD.

3. Press F12

4. Select CD/DVD priority option and press enter.

6. F6 button select nomodeset then click start installation.

7. Select Install NIC Linux.

8. Select the language = ENGLISH’ and press the “Forward” button.

10. click on the “Manual” option

11. The user is required to manually create 3 partitions.

12. click of ‘free space’ option.

13. The following size to partition in your hard disk.

1. New partition size in megabytes : 350000
      Use as : Ext3
      Mount Point :  /home

2.  New partition size in megabytes : 4192
      Use as : Swap area
      Mount Point : (empty)

3. New partition size in megabytes : Remaining space. (148020)
      Use as : Ext3
      Mount Point : /

14. Click Install now button.

15. Select the Region = ‘INDIA’  Time Zone = India time .Click “Forward”

16. key board Layout = USA and Variant= USA

17. Enter the Your name= System user’s name. Use ‘ciprus’

19. Enter the user password. ciprus123’.

20. Re-enter the same password > click on the ‘Forward’ button

Once the installation process is completed the user is provided with two options:
1) After Restarting continuous press down arrow button.
2) Select first option NIC Linux and press enter.
3) vthandoff = 7 replaces  nomodeset.
4) Press F10.

21. After entering OS, The screen following will have two options.
• Server Database.
• Client Database.

22. After login the window User name : ciprus, Password: Ciprus123.
Note: If the DELL System must update grub otherwise when restart the OS, then not entering the OS.

PROMOTION UPDATE IN STATION STAFF MAINTENANCE

Step :1:-

CIPRUS Application னன Admin mode ல்   Login செய்து Promotion update செய்ய வேண்டியவரை Select செய்திடும் போது Rank Disable ஆக இருக்கும்.

Step :2:-

Relieve type - Combo Box ல் Promotion னை Select செய்திடவும். 

Step :3:-

தற்சமயம் Rank மாற்றம் செய்யும் வண்ணம் Enable ஆக இருக்கும்.

Step :4:-

Rank னை மாற்றம் செய்து Save and Ok Select செய்து கொள்ளவும்.
