Script Execute Tool

இதுவரையில் நாம் Script run செய்வதற்கு konsole ல் command format னை பயன்படுத்தி வந்தோம். இனி மேல் அவ்வாறு konsole ல் செல்ல அவசியம் இல்லை.

Script Execute Tool னை ஒரு முறை Server system ல் install செய்து விட்டால் போதும். அதன் வழியாக Script னை run  செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.

Install Script Execute Tool

After Install Script Execute Tool – Script Running Method

Step:1 : Desktop Execute Script னை click செய்யவும்

Step:2 Browse Button னை Click செய்யவும்.

Step:3 Mail லிருந்து Download செய்த Script னை click செய்து Open கொடுக்கவும்.

Step:4 Execute Button னை Click செய்யவும்.

Step:5 Script Executed Alert வருவதை உறுதி செய்யவும்.

பின்பு Call log செய்த Cr.No ன் Issue சரியாக இருக்கின்றதா என்பதை பார்த்து விட்டு Call close செய்யவும்.

(Install Method னை பின்வரும் Offline Method செய்வதற்கு executescript42.tgz file னை Download செய்து Desktop ல் Paste செய்து பின்வரும் step னை மோற்கொள்ளவும். Offline அல்லது Online இரண்டில் ஒரு Method மட்டுமே மோற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

Brother Printer Install செய்யவும் முறை 

(Driver யை install செய்த பிறகு printer னை system உடன் இணைக்கவும் )

1) DOWNLOAD செய்த DRIVE னை CCTNS system Desktop ல்  Paste செய்து கொள்ளவும்

2) Desktop ல் உள்ள driver யை mouse ல் click செய்யவும்.

3) இப்போது தோன்றும் menu வில் Install package யை mouse ல் click செய்யவும்.

4) password யை Enter செய்யவும் (ciprus123)

இவ்வாறு அனைத்து Driver யையும் mouse ல் click செய்து install package click செய்து, password enter செய்து install செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

5) Driver install செய்த பிறகு printer யை system உடன் இனணக்கவும்.

6)  CCTNS System ல் printer Setting இப்போது Automatic ஆக சில printer  add ஆகி இருக்கும். அதனை Remove செய்யவும்.

7) பிறகு கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு New Printer யை Add செய்யவும்.

Step: 1 Accused யின் Alias Name மற்றும் Address யினை Final Report ல் எவ்வாறு update செய்வது என்பதை பின்வருமாறு காண்போம்

Step: 2 அவ்வழக்கில் Arrest Card ல் Personal Details ல் Computer Sr.No  Note செய்யவும்

Step: 3 SHO Login ல் Station Data Bank - > Suspected / Accused Details / Update ல் செல்லவும்.

Step: 4 Computer Sr.No ல் tic செய்து S.No  Enter செய்து  Proceed னை click செய்யவும்.

Step: 5  Personal Details யை click செய்யவும்

Step: 6 Alias Name னை Enter செய்யவும் (Accused Name மற்றும்  Parentage தவிர மற்ற அனைத்து Details களையும் update செய்து கொள்ள முடியும்.)

Step: 7 Alias Name னை enter செய்து Save and Quit Button யை  press செய்யவும்.

Step: 8 Addresses Button யை click செய்யவும்.

Step: 9 இப்போது Current Address Blank ஆக இருக்கும். இவற்றில் எதுவும் Enter செய்ய வேண்டாம்.

Step: 10 கீழ்கண்ட படத்தில் வட்டமிட்டு காட்டப்பட்டுள்ள Right Side Arrow Mark இரண்டு முறை click செய்யவும்.

Step: 11 இப்போது Current Address ல் நீங்கள் ஏற்கனவே Enter செய்த Address visible ஆகும். அப்போது நீங்கள் change செய்ய வேண்டிய Address னை Enter செய்ய வேண்டும்.

Step: 12 Change செய்ய வேண்டிய Address Enter செய்து Save and Quite யை Press செய்யவும்.

காவல் நிலையத்தில் (15.11.2016 பிறகு) பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட FIR ன் நகலினை  CCTNS Public Portal லில் பொதுமக்கள் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ள முடியும். அதற்கான வழிமுறைகள் பின்வருமாறு.....

Step:1 Go to the public Portal  eservices.tnpolice.gov.in

Step:2 Click the FIR View TAB

Step:3 Enter Your Name and Mobile Number

Step:4 Click Submit after Enter OTP and Secure Code

Step:5 Select District, Police Station, FIR Number & Secure Code then Click Search

Step:6 தற்சமயம் FIR View வில் இருக்கும். (அப்படியே Print (Ctr+P) கொடுக்க வேண்டாம்.)

Step:7 FIR View வின் கடைசியில் இருக்கும் Print  Button யை click செய்யவும். (POPUP Allow Mode ல் இருக்க வேண்டும்)

Step:8 POPUP Allow Mode ல் இருந்தால் மட்டுமே கீழே கண்டவாறு New Window ல் FIR View ஆகும்.

Step:9 இப்போது Ctrl+P press செய்து Adobe PDF Select செய்திடும் போது PDF  ஆக Save ஆகிவிடும் (அல்லது Direct ஆக  Printer யை Select செய்து Print கொடுத்து கொள்ளலாம்)

Step:10 PDF ஆக Save செய்த பிறகு பின்வருமாறு Soft Copy உங்களுக்கு கிடைக்கும்.
