2.0 CSR

All Please ensure that "CSR Management" is displayed only when the appropriate "Roles" are assigned to the concerned user as below:

1. CSR Approving Officer Role

i. The “New CSR” menu must be visible.

ii. Only users with this role are authorized to register a new CSR.

2. "Enquiry Officer" Role

i. The “Open CSR” menu must be visible.

ii. Only users with this role can capture enquiry details and dispose the CSR.

3. "CSR Assignee Officer" Role

i. This role must be assigned only to SHOs.

ii. It is used when the Enquiry Officer needs to reassign the CSR to another Enquiry Officer.
