(eprosecution ல் Final Report Upload செய்வதற்கு முன்பு CIPRUS Application லிருந்து Final Report னை  PDF ஆக Save செய்து கொள்ளவும்.  CIPRUS Application லிருந்து pdf ஆக Save செய்யும் Process தெரிந்து காெள்வதற்கு பின்வரும் link யை click செய்யவும்.Final Report Save as PDF)

Step: 1 

பின்வரும் URL னை உங்களது Broadband connectionல் (முடிந்த வரை Firefox browser ல்) மேற்கொள்ளவும்.

Step:2 :- 

Select Police User (ICJS), 

Enter your Username :

password :

Step:-3 Enter your OTP

OTP உங்களது Mobile க்கு வரும். அதனை Enter செய்யவும், அல்லது Register mail க்கு வருமாறு Select செய்யும் option இவ்விடத்தில் உள்ளது.

Step:-3 Register Mail க்கு வருமாறு Select செய்யும போது பின்வருமாறு OTP Received ஆகும். அந்த OTP னை Enter செய்து Login செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

Step:4:-

Menu-> Legal Opinion

Filler -> New Request

Opinion on Case -> FIR Case 

Select செய்யவும்

 Step:4(a):-  சில சமயங்களில் பின்வரும் process Select செய்யும் option இருந்தால்

District -> Select your District

Police Station -> Select your Police Station

Select செய்யவும் இல்லையொன்றால் Step:-5 செல்லவும்.

Step:5:-  FIR Number Enter செய்து Fetch from ICJS யை click செய்யும் போது Case Details Verified கேட்கும் போது OK கொடுக்கவும். இப்போது Act & Section Automatic ஆக place ஆகி விடும்.

 
Step:6:-  Case ன் மற்ற Details களை enter செய்து Save செய்யவும்.

Step:6:-  Upload Final Report pdf 

Step:7:-  Select the APP

Send Button யை click செய்தவுடன் Acknowledgement Copy Generated ஆகி விடும். அதனை Click செய்யதவுடன் Acknowledgement copy pdf ஆக Open ஆகிவிடும்.

Final Step : e-Prosecution - Case Acknowledgement Print எடுத்து கொள்ளவும்

NETWORK DRIVER

Check ethtool –i eth0(zero)

If the version is not 2.5.4-NAPI then it needs to Updated.

Download Lan driver

1) e1000e_2.5.4.tar.gz 

2) linux-headers-2.6.38-8_2.6.38-8.42_all.deb 

3) linux-headers-2.6.38-8-generic_2.6.38-8.42_i386.deb 

4) Make_3.81_8 ubuntu 1_i386.deb  

copy and past the 4 tar file  

Root ↓ 

temp ↓ 

then go to konsole  

Sudo -s 

Enter password. 

cd /tmp 

# dpkg -i make_3.81_8 ubuntu 1_i386.deb 

# dpkg -i linux_header_2.6.38-8_2.6 _all.deb

# tar –xvzf e1000e_2.5.4.tar.gz

Step :1-Unplug  the lan cable

Step :2- copy & paste to Desktop

Download symmetric

1) symmetric
2) postgresql.conf

Step :3- Open the Konsole
: sudo -s
: cd /home/ciprus/Desktop
: mv symmetric.tgz /root
: mv postgresql.conf /etc/postgresql/8.2/main
: cd /root
: tar -xvzf symmetric.tgz
: cd symmetric /client
: vi client.properties
: E,edit
: Shift + R
: registration.url= http://10.236.247.74:11026/sync
 external.id=29620-- (Police Station Code)
 Pres [Esc]
: Shift :wq
: Enter
: cd /root/symmetric/bin
: cp sym_service  /etc/init.d
: cd /etc/init.d
: chmod  a+x sym_service
: update-rc.d  sym_service  defaults
: ctrl+d
: Enter

Step :4- Restart the Server
:sudo -s
:init 6

Step :5- Install sym

sym42aa Download

:sudo -s
: ciprus123
# cd /home/ciprus/Desktop/
# chmod 777 sym42aa_ex
# ./sym42aa_ex

Step :6- Checking whether the symmetric service is started.

Open Konsole  and type
ps  -eaf  | grep sym
ps  -eaf  | grep java

check 3 java 4 sym

Seizure Mahazar Form IIF-IV

Seizure Mahazar update செய்யும் போது மிக முக்கியமாக கவனிக்க வேண்டியவை.  

கைப்பற்றபட்ட சொத்துக்கள் பின்வரும் 3 Category ல் எதில் அடங்கும் என்பதை கவனமாக தெளிவு அவசியம்.

1>Properties Reported in Home PS

Seizure Mahazar capture செய்யும் வழக்கில் FIR ல் Entry செய்யப்பட்ட வழக்கு சொத்து அல்லது வழக்கு விசாரணையில் அவ்வழக்கில் மேலும் தொடர்புடைய சொத்துகளாக இருந்து  Accused/Victim/Property Details ல் Entry செய்த பின் Properties Reported in Home PS Mode ல் Seizure Mahazar capture செய்ய வேண்டும்.

FIR ல் திருடப்பட்ட சொத்து என பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட ஒரு 3 பவுன் நகையில் 2 பவுன் மட்டும் மீட்கப்பட்டது எனில் Seizure Mahazar ல் 2 பவுன் மட்டும் Recovery செய்யபட்டது என்பதை edit செய்ய முடியும் என்பதை அறியவும்.

2>Properties Reported in Other PS 

Seizure mahazar capture செய்யும் இவ்வழக்கில் ஒரு 3 பவுன் நகை திருடப்பட்டுள்ளது ஆனால் நீங்கள் குற்றவாளியிடம் இருந்து ஒரு 5 பவுன் நகை மீட்டுகப்பட்டுள்ளது. அப்போது குற்றவாளியின் ஒப்புதல் உரையில் இந்த இரண்டு பவுன் வேறு ஒரு காவல் நிலைய குற்ற வழக்கில் சம்பந்தப் பட்டது என்று தெரிய வரும் போது மூன்று பவுன் நகையை Properties Reported in Home PS Mode லும் மீதமுள்ள இரண்டு பவுன் நகையை Properties Reported in Other PS Mode லும் capture செய்ய வேண்டும்.

3>New Property 

மேற்கண்ட இரண்டு முறைகளை நிர்ணயிக்க முடியாத போது ஒரு புதியதாக சொத்து ஒன்று கைப்பற்றப்படும் போது New Property - Mode ல் Seizure Mahazar ல் capture செய்யலாம். 

New property mode ல் capture செய்யும் சொத்தினை Accused / Victim / Property Details - Event capture செய்ய வேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. நேரிடையாக Seizure Mahazar open செய்து New Property னை caputre செய்யலாம் என்பதை அறியவும்.

Note:
(பொதுவாக நமது CCTNS system ல் தமிழகம் முழுவதும் சில Password மற்றும் Short cut key னாது Default ஆக இருக்கும். இதனை உங்கள் தேவைக்கு தகுந்தாவாறு மாற்றுவது என்பது சரியானது அல்ல. 

கீழ்கண்ட பதிவு ஒரு வேளை சில System களில் Tamil English (in -us) change செய்வதற்கு எதேனும் Key மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதா என்பதை அறிவதற்காக மட்டும்......

கண்டிப்பாக பின்வரும் முயற்சியினை  Server ல் System ல் Apply செய்ய வேண்டாம்.  ) 


Tamil English (in -us) மாற்றம் செய்ய ctrl+Alt+K இதற்கு பதில்  Insert யை press செய்தால் மாறுவதற்கான வழிமுறை.


Step : 1 
Panel ல் உள்ள in (or) us மீது Right Click செய்து Configure னை Click செய்யவும்.

Step : 2 
Layouts Tab னை Click செய்யவும்.

Step : 3 
Alternative shortcut ல் Default ஆக Ctrl+Alt+K இருக்கும்.

Step : 4 
Default ஆகி இருக்கும் Ctrl+Alt+K மீது click செய்யவும்.

Step : 5 
தற்போது Input என்ற message தோன்றும்.

Step : 6 
அப்போது keyboard ல்  Insert Button னன press செய்யவும்.  Input message ஆனது தற்சமயம் Insert என்று மாற்றம் அடைந்திருக்கும். பின் Apply then Ok click செய்யவும்.



Step : 7 
English type செய்யும் போது தற்சமயம் keyboard ல்  insert button னை  press செய்யவும்.

Step : 8 
English லிருந்து Tamil (Sakal bharathi font) க்கு மாறுதலை காணலாம்.

(இந்த Settings Apply செய்த பிறகு நீங்கள் எப்போது  Insert னை press செய்தால் அது Language Change Option ஆக செயல்படும். )
